The Domesday Cows is Iszi Lawrence's most recent published book. It is a humorous historical adventure set in Chester in 1086 while the Domesday Book is being written. It explores life in England after the Norman Conquest and includes real historical figures.

The Mysteries of the Snake Kingdom is a forthcoming Bloomsbury children's adventure, published on 28 January 2027. It is set in the Late Classic Maya period in 695 CE and follows a boy called Akbal who was born during the unlucky Wayeb period. The story includes real historical figures and Maya cities including Yaxchilán, Naranjo, Tikal and Calakmul, and explores aspects of Maya life including politics, religion, food, sacrifice and the pitz ballgame. Iszi has also contributed illustrations.

Iszi is also writing a humorous children's retelling of the Gunpowder Plot, due for publication by Bloomsbury in autumn 2027. She will also illustrate this novel.
