Noel James, Steve Best and my foot. Noel and Steve are excellent comedians and very lovely for letting me write, perform and share a sweaty attic with them. This photo was taken on a very hot day, rehearsing at Ealing Film Studios. I started working with them after filling in at the last minute on their TV pilot, The Living Gallery.
